Well, my first official cosplay would be Cloud from FFVII: Advent Children. He was created because of the need for him in the Pirates Vs. Ninjas skit back during AUSA 07. There are two main things that I took away from this cosplay: 1: Leather. Is. H. O. T. PERIOD. 2: Make sure that when you buy a wig that you don't have the ability to style, that it comes prestyled, and doesn't open up to look like a dead porcupine...seriously, it looked like a dead porcupine...*it didn't have any spikes and was make BACKWARDS. Yes. BACKWARDS!* I don't like the way I looked, but if you want to see...here you go...I guess XD ...DEATH TO WIG!!!!

Currently, I'm working on Shippuuden Sasuke. Things I've gotta do in the next month (actually 2 weeks because of my travel plans at the end of July): 1. Make costume XD a. materials: a giant white sheet for his shirt dyed pillow cases for his blue wrap thing tights for the arms and legs black sweatpants for, well, his pants XD the rope I still need help on....it's not working out too well...>_< 2. Style wig: as far as I know, Neko will be helping me with this once it comes in *just ordered it tonight. www.cosworx.com/product.php?productid=16284&cat=2449&page=13. Make sword: As far as design goes, I think I've got it down. I even made a 1:1 paper replica to make sure of the size XD As for the wood, Neko, I think you'll have to be my supplier...I don't know if I can afford to get the wood I need...>_< *also needs to buy spray paint and a metal sander Luckily though, my mom said she'd sit down with me on Friday (July 4th) and help me make my costume. Oh, and if you (Neko) are going to let me use some wood for my sword (rather, if your dad is), then I kinda need to get it within the next week to a couple of days...sorry for the inconvenience...

Well, now that Otakon is over, I finally have Sasuke (Shippuuden version) completed! It turned out better then my original expectations, so I'm happy about that.
The shirt was hand made by my mom and I using an old white sheet that we then cut out using a pattern (also hand made) and sewn together by both hand and a machine.
The blue sash was just a giant blue sheet that we folded and held together with some safety pins.
The rope was a just a purple rope that we got at a crafts store (was approximately 36ft), that Kit and Neko helped me fold and tie. The reason being, it wasn't very thick.
The pants were just sweatpants that my grandfather let me use for my costume.
The stockings were, well, stockings; or in this case, tights, that I cut and fitted to myself. The same went for the arm guards. They were just and old pair of soccer socks that I cut and fitted to my arm, with the help of a little electric tape.
The sandals were a pair that my parents had found at a super market while we were in L.A.. I fitted them with a piece of cloth and stapled gunned it to the sandal.
Last, but in no way least, was the sword. This son of a b***h took me over 35+ hours of HAND SHARPENING using what was basically an over sized NAIL FILE...XD It was well worth the wait. This is the piece I am most proud of, due to the fact that my blood and sweat (literally) went into making it.
As for a picture, Kit took a couple, so look up her photobucket account and have a look for yourself ^_^
