www.cosworx.com/product.php?productid=26258&cat=2446&page=1That'll be a good Urahara wig. Practically NO styling needed, ne? I suggest the color: 613 - Bleach Blonde www.cosworx.com/pages.php?pageid=13(look it up on that chart to see if you like it) White blonde'll be TOO white...and I don't really think a darker color'll work too well Now Kakashi...X.X well...lesse here...I think the best bet for Kakashi would be: www.cosworx.com/product.php?productid=26228&cat=2471&page=1I suggest the color: WHITE Obviously, there WILL be styling needed. Just hair spray it up into a cone to the left side of your head and leave a little bit free...*shrugs* Those are my magical wig suggestions! XD (NOTE: I kept both on Cosworx since I know you have a gift certificate for $20 there)

I can't believe that I'm adding this to the list but... Fran of the Viera! Reveal your skimpiness! +Outfit -LOTS OF EDITS! ~I'm not revealing my butt or most of my crotch region in such a manner. I may have it to be more like underwear than a thong. ~Swimsuit setup = okay for me ~ The breast...cup? will probably cover my whole chest rather than half <.<; ~I'm going to follow my idol's method and wear the cut-off looking top in a fitting fashion +Shoes -THOSE HEELS *dies* -I need good, somewhat easy to wear heels (I'm not killing my arch like THAT) +Armor? -Her armor looks like mesh/chain mail and metal -Plastic? +Ears -Not too too hard, just need some heavy duty wire and GOOD fabric +Wig -Very thick, very LONG white wig. +My idol -Check her out: www.tempered-steel.net/cosplay/fran.html+My goals -For Fran I'm going to copy off of my idol's idea and set goals for myself. ~Clear up acne which means drinking LOTS of water and very little soda ~Lose and keep off five more pounds so that I am sustained at 115lbs ~GET CONTACTS!

You know you could keep the chest part the way it is and then put sticky tape in there.
Also you should think about her nails and the bow. It just wouldn't be Fran without the two.

Building up from scratch on Fran's cosplay: +Ears I am NOT using foam for my ears, too unrealistic, BUT it does mention the spots! www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=106774www.cosplay.com/photo/1091577/ I like the stuff she makes the ears out of and she's AMAZING for MAKING her wig!!! x.x; Not going that far, but her ears are nice, defined, simple, and attractive. She uses polystyrene sheeting. Polystyrene Sheeting info: www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?p=2621007White 12x15" faux fur: www.bjcraftsupplies.com/generalCrafts/fur01.asp $5+Wig Ivy, White: cosworx.com/product.php?productid=26259&cat=2450&page=1 (I have a few ideas for it to make it less tangled...) $50+Helmet I'm kinda on my own right this second...but I'll update this as I read and learn more. +Sleeves I can't place the material right this second. HELP PLEASE! It's that tight, plastic-y, and non-breathable material. Plastic clasp! I may be able to make it myself in welding but that's a huge maybe. I will just use or make some short arm warmers from the same material. +Armor Wicked armor-making tutorial that I may practically live by: amethyst-angel.com/armormaking.htmlPatterns (?): sewing.about.com/cs/alterations/ - Chest, edges of belly, the "skirt" and the crotch All need to be made to look as one out of the same material. I will have a large plate pulling it all together but my mesh or chain mail will be covering said plate and it will HAVE to be removed for the sake of MOVING. - Chain Mail/Mesh I will be purchasing a bunch of galvanized steel rings because I do not wish to have to make my own rings. www.theringlord.com/cart/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=21&cat=Machine+Cut+Galvanized+Steel+Rings I am not sure about what size I want yet. - Legs/Arm Guards If what I do for the helmet works I will apply the same technique here. +Heels On the hunt! Any help is appreciated! +Fake Nails They sell these EVERYWHERE. All I'll need to do is cut and file~ +Bow Yikes, I'll get on this later. Current total = $55
TO BE UPDATED!!

*NOTES:
+Rolls of crafts foam are sold at Joann's +Spandex works WONDERS +FUSION Spray paint sticks to plastic but NOT fabric. You can see through it but people outside can not see through to you. +Your Torso and your head are the hottest spots and need the most ventilation +Keeping joints free is a key point +VELCRO VELCRO VELCRO!!! +Remember your Safety Measures +Hot Glue is your friend +Good spray adhesives like Super 77 - no mounting adhesives +Duct Tape Dummy +Polyester padding/quilting sheets +See-through fabric (white is bad 'cuz with flash people see into your costume) +You can heat polystyrene plastic. It makes curved plastic. You can get it at plastic stores +Flexible toes when making feet (crafts foam sheets) +Paper Mache is bad for wearing around your body because it wears out quickly from sweat
-Moving Mouth with Furry/whatever +Start with ski mask +Build it up with foam +Glue foam directly to mask (or take an elastic strap and pull pieces together)

You know what you could do Kila? You could always combine yours and Neko's idea and take bits of faux fur( yes you can rip it out of the material) and then glue it to the tips of the ears so that they'll have a natural look.
